You may cancel for a full refund within 10 days of paying, for any reason. You don't need to give one.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email [email protected] within 10 days of paying.
  2. Include your receipt number.

What happens next

  • Your refund goes back to the card or wallet you paid with, within 15 days of your request.
  • If you cancel, we take the site down. The web address stays with us, since Local Media Concepts Inc. registers it in its own name.

Good to know

  • The fee is one-time: $50 CAD for a .homes address, $60 CAD for a .ca address. There's no subscription, and nothing is ever billed again, so there's nothing to cancel later.
  • Your card statement shows the charge as NBHD.HOMES* followed by the start of your street address, for example NBHD.HOMES* 2110HONEYW.
  • Payments and refunds are processed securely by Stripe.
