A member of our team may knock on your door with an iPad showing your home's site, already built. Or you get a link or QR code to look at it on your own time.
Step 2: Pay on your own phone
If you like it, pay a one-time fee through secure Stripe checkout on your own phone. $50 for a .homes address, $60 for a .ca address.
Step 3: It goes live, usually within a day
We register the address, host the site and keep it running. There's nothing for you to set up, manage or renew.

Your agent stays in charge of the sale
Your listing agent still sells the house and stays the contact for buyers. Every page names your agent and brokerage, and buyer enquiries go to them. We take the site down if your agent or brokerage asks.
You see your site first

You choose an address and pay on your phone
Pick your web address (a .homes address is $50, a .ca address is $60) and pay once through secure Stripe checkout on your own phone. We never see or store your full card number.
We register the address
Local Media Concepts Inc. registers the address in its own name and pays for the hosting, so you're never billed for a renewal.
Your site goes live
Usually within a day of payment. You get a link you can share on Marketplace, Kijiji, social media, or by text and email.
It stays online while you're selling
Your site stays up while your home is for sale and for a period after it sells. There's nothing for you to manage.
The listing, made better
Every site is multi-page and built around your home, at its own address.
Big, beautiful photos
Your listing photos, shown large and credited to your brokerage. Any virtual staging is always labelled.
