What we do
For Ottawa homes listed for sale, we build a beautiful multi-page website at the home's own address: big photos, room-by-room details, a neighbourhood guide with schools, parks, trails and shops, and maps. It's one link that sellers and agents can share on Marketplace, Kijiji and social media.
The listing agent still sells the house and stays the contact for buyers. We're not a real estate brokerage; we make the listing better.
Sellers pay a one-time fee: $50 for a .homes address or $60 for a .ca address. We register the address, host the site and look after it, with no renewals billed, ever.
